As a Colorado native, I have the mountains running through my blood. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and my Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School, in Portland, Oregon. My experiences are broad, including nearly a decade spent in emergency medicine and volunteer rescue organizations, work as a clinical consultant for a medical app startup, freelance graphic design, video & photography projects, extensive travels, medical device and pharmaceutical patent litigation, and—most recently—land-use and development law. I love a challenge, and I think it's really important to laugh every day. I try not to take myself too seriously but still find purpose.
Whenever I get the chance, I am outside skiing, biking, or just exploring. I love art. Things that make me go "Wow!" often stem from technology, rustic-modern convergence, amazing people, unique places, and novel experiences. I aim to keep an open mind, and I like to try new things. If I bump into you in person, we should talk, or if the internet is your domain, let's tweet.
Thanks for visiting my site! I hope you'll come back.
